Drops of Love

This was an old drawing that I did in 2011, that I finally colored today actually. I am planning on submitting this to Threadless or something so that it can be a T-shirt design. What do you guys think? Would this work as such a design? Would any of you buy something like this?
I was going for a more simpler look, and it's possible that this would have looked better in water color now that I think of it. It still turned out pretty nice though, I'm especially happy with the colors. :3. I know that they kinda look flat, but that's kind of the point. I wanted this picture to be more simple cause there's a certain attitude I want to portray through this.

I actually like drawing cute and young couples like this. There's something about the innocence a young couple has when it comes to romance. In this picture, what do you think about? A first kiss about to happen? Perhaps you remember your first crush, or first love? Both parties so new, yet there's so much there between them. Completely vunerable, and sheepish at the approach. The anticipation, looking into your loved ones eyes...nothing BUT LOVE surrounds you two, as the rain grows quieter and quieter, and your faces get closer and closer...such is young love. XD A mystery!
